Letter to the Editor
May 20th, 2008 . by Cranky CatholicLetters to the editor are a fantastic way to spread the anti-Planned Parenthood message. This one is posted on StarGazette.com.
While shopping at a Consumer Square merchant, a woman about 60 in the checkout line in front of me was carrying a clear heavy plastic purse made entirely of 2-inch square pockets with brightly colored condoms without wrappers in each. A young child asked her mother, “Are those balloons?” Another said, “Are they candy?” The woman laughed and said my grandchildren think the purse is funny. A red paper tag was hanging off the purse that said Planned Parenthood. Is this what hard-earned dollars are being used for — the invasion of clean, wholesome community space to force children to become exposed to a ghetto-trash mentality?
